Macedonian International Leadership Development Seminar, MILDS, is a conference that is meant to challenge experienced members into the next steps of developing their potential.
Through these exciting 4 days, members are able to strengthen their skills and develop their leadership abilities through the medium AIESEC.Members are able to interact with alumni, stakeholders and highly talented AIESECers from all around the world to support their professional and personal plans.
